Introduction
Welcome to the StoreStreets Delivery Partner app (“Service”), owned and operated by Crawling Bytes Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service as an independent delivery partner (“Delivery Partner”, “you”, or “your”) on the StoreStreets platform.
The Service connects independent delivery partners with delivery requests from businesses and customers on the StoreStreets platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service.

Independent Contractor Relationship
You acknowledge and agree that you use the Service as an independent contractor, and not as an employee, agent, worker, partner, or representative of Crawling Bytes Technologies or StoreStreets.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency between you and the Company. You are free to decide when to go online and which delivery requests you accept or decline, subject to the platform norms described in these Terms. The Company does not guarantee any minimum number of delivery requests, minimum hours, or minimum earnings.
As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own tax filings, statutory registrations, and compliance obligations arising from your activity as a delivery partner.
Eligibility
To use the Service as a delivery partner, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You hold a valid driving licence for the vehicle you intend to use, and are legally permitted to operate that vehicle in India.
- You have valid Aadhaar and PAN documentation that you are able to submit for identity verification.
- You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and are not prohibited from providing delivery services under any applicable law.
Onboarding & Document Verification
To activate your account, you must submit your Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, vehicle, and profile photo details through the app. Our team (or automated checks) reviews these documents before your account is approved for deliveries.
Your profile photo is compared against your Aadhaar photo to confirm your identity, and your Aadhaar, PAN, and driving licence are checked to prevent duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
If a document is rejected, you may be asked to resubmit it. Resubmission attempts are limited — if you exceed the allowed number of attempts, your account may be temporarily blocked (currently for 48 hours) before you can try again or must contact support. If your submitted documents do not match your account name, you may be offered the option to delete your account and re-register with correct documents.
You must keep your documents current — for example, your driving licence must not be expired or about to expire. An expired document may affect your ability to go online and accept deliveries.
Your Account
To use the Service, you create an account using your mobile number and verify it through a one-time password (OTP). Each delivery partner may hold only one account, and all information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete.
Since authentication occurs through OTP-based login, you are responsible for safeguarding access to your mobile device. We will assume that any activity performed through your verified mobile number is authorised by you.
Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, share, or allow another person to deliver orders using your account. Any attempt to misuse or duplicate accounts (including using someone else's identity documents, or the same documents across multiple accounts) may result in suspension or permanent termination of your access.
Vehicle & Documentation Requirements
You are solely responsible for owning or having lawful access to a roadworthy vehicle appropriate for the deliveries you accept, and for maintaining any registration, insurance, permits, or fitness certificates required by applicable law for that vehicle. You must promptly update your vehicle and licence details in the app if they change.
Conduct During Deliveries
While delivering on the platform, you agree to:
- Follow all applicable traffic laws and drive safely at all times.
- Handle items being delivered with reasonable care and deliver them to the correct recipient at the correct location.
- Behave respectfully and professionally toward businesses, customers, and other users of the platform.
- Personally carry out deliveries assigned to your account — you may not substitute another person to deliver on your behalf.
- Not mark a delivery as picked up, in progress, or completed unless that step has genuinely occurred.
Location Tracking
You must keep location services enabled while you are online/on duty so the Service can assign nearby delivery requests to you and track a delivery in progress. This is also used for safety and to investigate disputes (such as a delivery marked complete while you were not at the delivery location). Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.
Earnings & Payouts
You earn an amount for each delivery you complete, calculated according to the rates and any incentives shown to you in the app. Earnings are paid out to the bank account or UPI ID you provide, and you are responsible for keeping those payout details accurate. Full details on how earnings are calculated, paid, and what happens to them if your account is suspended, blocked, or deleted are set out in our Earnings & Payout Policy.
StoreRides (Rides & Parcels): Jobs, Commission & Payments
Choosing your job. Before you can go online for StoreRides work you choose one job: deliver orders (food, grocery, product orders and product returns), parcels, or the passenger rides your registered vehicle allows. You receive only the requests for the job you chose. The jobs available to you depend on the vehicle you registered with. Your vehicle is fixed for your account and cannot be changed in the app.
Changing your job. After you choose a job you cannot change it for a waiting period, currently 12 hours, counted from the moment you started the job. The app shows the exact time you can change. You cannot change your job while a trip is in progress, and a trip you have already accepted must be completed. Going online without choosing a job is not possible. We may change the waiting period, the jobs on offer, and how requests are shared between jobs at any time. If you have an urgent need to change sooner, raise a ticket from the Help section and we will review it, but we are not obliged to allow it.
What each job costs. Deliver orders has no commission, including product returns, which have a fixed earning. For parcels and rides, we keep the commission shown in the app (now 12% of each fare), up to a daily limit for that job. The limits are counted in separate 24-hour periods for each job, starting from your first completed trip in that job. Choosing or changing jobs does not reset a limit.
Tolls. The fare shown to the customer does not include tolls. At the end of a ride you must enter the actual toll you paid, no more and no less. It is added to the customer bill and paid to you in full with no commission. Entering a wrong or made-up toll is a breach of these terms and may lead to suspension. Parking is not billed to the customer.
Commission and daily limit. For rides and parcels we keep a commission on each fare, currently 12%, up to a daily limit for your job that the app shows you. After the limit is reached, no commission is taken on further trips until that period ends. Tips and priority bonuses paid by customers go to you in full. We may change the commission, the daily limits, fees, incentives, bonuses, payout timing and any other payment term at any time, and the terms shown in the app when a trip is accepted apply to that trip. Your continued use of the app means you accept the change.
Cash trips. When a customer pays cash you collect it on our behalf. You must pay the commission and booking fee that are owed to us through your cash-due balance, and we may hold back or offset what you owe from your earnings or block new work until it is settled.
Payments we process. We process online payments and payouts through payment providers. If a payment or payout is delayed, we will work to resolve it as soon as reasonably possible. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, UPI, payment gateways, wrong bank or UPI details, or other third parties.
Disputes and damages. We are a technology platform and are not a party to the delivery or ride itself. We are not responsible for any payment disagreement between you and a customer at the time of pickup or delivery (including cash, change, tips or refusal to pay), for any transaction between you and a customer or another person, or for loss, damage, theft, delay or injury connected with a trip, except where the law does not allow us to exclude responsibility. You are responsible for handling parcels with care.
Customer details. Customer details shown to you (for parcels only) may be used only for that delivery. You must not save, copy, share or use them for any other purpose or contact the customer afterwards. Misuse can lead to removal from the platform and legal action. For rides, customer details are not shown to you.
Escalations. If something is not resolved, email support@storestreets.com or raise a ticket from the Help section of the app. We will review it and respond as soon as reasonably possible. Our decision on payment matters, after review, is final to the extent permitted by law.
Account Status: Suspension, Blocking & Reinstatement
We may suspend or block your account where we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these Terms, a safety concern, suspected fraud, a document/identity issue, or any other conduct that puts users, businesses, or the platform at risk.
Suspended accounts may file an appeal through the in-app appeal process; we will review the appeal and decide whether to reinstate the account. Blocked accounts are a harder action reserved for more serious cases and cannot be self-deleted or self-reinstated — you must contact support.
Reinstatement, if any, is at the Company's sole discretion. We keep an internal record of every suspension, block, reinstatement, and deletion action taken on an account, whether initiated by you or by an administrator.
Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account, through a step-by-step confirmation that asks why you're leaving, requires you to acknowledge the deletion is irreversible, and requires you to type a confirmation phrase before the account is removed.
Deletion is immediate and permanent once confirmed and cannot be undone. Accounts that are blocked, suspended, or have documents currently under review cannot be self-deleted until that status is resolved. Your delivery and earnings history is retained after deletion for finance and tax purposes, as explained in our Privacy Policy — we recommend settling any pending payouts before you delete your account.
Prohibited Conduct
In addition to the restrictions above, you must not:
- Submit false, forged, or someone else's identity, vehicle, or bank/payout documents.
- Create or operate more than one account.
- Falsify or manipulate your location, or use any tool to spoof GPS data.
- Claim, fabricate, or manipulate deliveries or earnings that were not genuinely completed.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against businesses, customers, or other users.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorised to view, or interfere with the security or performance of the Service.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service in ways not intended for genuine delivery activity.
Any violation may result in suspension, blocking, permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of disputed earnings related to the violation, and/or legal action.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its content, layout, features, code, design elements, and underlying infrastructure, is the exclusive property of Crawling Bytes Technologies and its authorised licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service strictly for delivering on the StoreStreets platform, in accordance with these Terms.
Your Privacy
Any personal information you provide while using the Service — including your identity documents, vehicle details, bank/UPI details, and location — is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
Data Security & Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or security can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Crawling Bytes Technologies does not warrant that unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your data will never occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crawling Bytes Technologies, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, liability, or claim arising out of or in connection with unauthorised access to, or disclosure, alteration, or destruction of, your data resulting from a security breach, cyberattack, or other event beyond Crawling Bytes Technologies' reasonable control, except to the extent such liability arises from Crawling Bytes Technologies' gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
By using the Service and submitting financial or personal information, you acknowledge and accept this allocation of risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee continuous, secure, or error-free operation of the Service, or any particular volume of delivery requests, earnings, or working hours.
Limitation of Liability & Your Own Risk
You acknowledge that delivery work involves inherent risks, including risks related to road traffic, weather, and handling of goods. You are solely responsible for your own safety, for the vehicle you operate, and for maintaining any insurance cover required or advisable for your activity as a delivery partner.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crawling Bytes Technologies shall not be liable for any accident, injury, loss, theft, or damage to your person, vehicle, or goods being delivered, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have as a gig worker under applicable Indian law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crawling Bytes Technologies, its owners, officers, employees, and service partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, any fraudulent or negligent act on your part, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. If changes materially affect how you use the Service, we will post a notice on this page. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms.
